I went through that a few months ago. Awful. Plus I hadn't backed anything up in months. thank god The Geek Squad was able to recover everything. And have I learned my lesson and started to back everything up? Nah...where's the fun in that?

I wondered why you designated only one day to agent appreciation instead of the entire month? Your idea might catch on with other industries; good literary, talent, sports, and other agents all deserve a full month of recognition.
