Now that's funny right there.

They have a hard time finding my veins, too. It's annoying, but I've had so many blood tests that I'm used to it.

It took me two reads to realise what the nurse actually said.

LOL! Take care

Are you saying she siphoned you like a big ol' gas tank?

Shit son when they can't find a vein on me they just go to the back of the hand not make auto erotic suggestions. Suggest that next time.

Lol. I've never had anything put to me quite that way by a nurse before. It's more likely to be something like: "Bend over."

I consider myself lucky if they can hit a vein on the 3rd try....but that quote by the nurse was something else...:D

She tried both arms on the underside of elbow as well as the back of both hands.

I go back in May for more blood. After the last offer my wife might go along just to keep an eye on things.

Snicker....nobody has ever said that to me. However, my wife is going through chemo for the second time in as many years and her veins and all are worse than ever. They always did roll and dive away from the needle, but now they are brittle too and that makes things harder.

A couple of months ago, they had her in the chair at the hospital and the blood tech was having a huge issue. She called for help and then said to Sandi---Guys give it up easy, but with the ladies I really have to tease it and then suck it out.

Needless to say, I could not keep a straight face and started laughing. It took a few seconds for her to realize why I was now laughing so hard. There ensued a discussion about how I was a writer and weird and how hard it must be for Sandi to put up with me.
